Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and driven Graphic Designer cum Digital Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both design and digital marketing and will work closely with our marketing team to create impactful campaigns that engage our target audience.

This internship is an opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience in both graphic design and digital marketing. Exceptional performers may receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) with a package of ₹5 LPA.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design
• Design visually compelling digital assets such as banners, social media posts, email templates, brochures, and website graphics.
• Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Ensure all designs align with the brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
• Digital Marketing
• Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote the centre’s programs.
• Create and manage engaging content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Conduct SEO/SEM activities and manage paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Analyze digital marketing metrics and generate reports to assess the performance of campaigns.
• Content Creation
• Develop original content for digital ads, landing pages, and newsletters.
• Assist in writing compelling copy for marketing materials, emails, and advertisements.
• Coordination
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation and enhance user engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in graphic design and digital marketing.

Key Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing).
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Desirable:
• Previous internship experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with video editing software is a plus.
