Role Snapshot

You’ll be the front‑line scout in our growth squad—identifying target accounts, crafting high‑impact email sequences, and running precision LinkedIn outreach. Your work will directly shape our pipeline and give you end‑to‑end visibility on what really moves the needle.

What You’ll Do

• Account Sourcing & Research:

  Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, and industry reports to build lists of high-potential targets.

• Email Campaign Design:

  Write, A/B‑test, and optimize personalized emails that convert cold prospects into conversation.

• LinkedIn Outreach:

  Develop connection strategies, scripts, and follow-up cadences to engage decision‑makers.

• Data & Analytics:

  Track open‑rates, replies, and conversion metrics in our CRM; recommend tweaks to boost performance.

• Cross‑Team Collaboration:

  Sync with Growth and Product teams to refine ICP, messaging, and go‑to‑market plays.

What You Bring

• Exceptional written communication and a knack for persuasion
• Strong research skills and comfort digging into data
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets/Excel, and any CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Self‑starter attitude with a bias for action and a hunger to learn fast
• Bonus: exposure to marketing automation or sequence‑building tools (e.g., Lemlist, Outreach)
