Key Responsibilities

• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO):

Assist in optimizing website content and structure for improved visibility and rankings using tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush.

• Content Creation & Management:

Support the development of blog posts, email newsletters, mock-ups, and social media content. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and SEO best practices.

• Campaign Support & Performance Tracking:

Help monitor and analyze digital campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta). Prepare reports and dashboards using Google Analytics and Data Studio to assess campaign performance.

• Social Media Monitoring:

Track trends, audience feedback, and engagement across channels. Summarize insights to inform content and strategy improvements.

• Competitor & Market Research:

Conduct research on industry trends and competitor strategies to support marketing decision-making and campaign ideation.

• Event & Webinar Coordination:

Assist in the planning, promotion, and execution of virtual or in-person marketing events and webinars, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

• Marketing Operations:

Maintain campaign calendars, assist with email list management, and support CRM data hygiene and segmentation tasks.

• Tool Proficiency & Learning:

Gain exposure to marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager and email marketing tools (e.g., Zoho or HubSpot).

• Brainstorming & Innovation:

Participate in creative ideation sessions, suggest new tactics for testing, and contribute to team-wide knowledge sharing.
