Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Expert with proven experience in SEO strategy and paid advertising to lead our digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive qualified traffic, and maximize return on investment across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and other paid campaigns.
• Conduct in-depth SEO audits, keyword research, and implement effective on-page and off-page optimization.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager, and prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and development teams to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
• Identify emerging trends, technologies, and algorithm updates to ensure ongoing performance improvements.
• Manage ad budgets efficiently and ensure all campaigns deliver measurable results within defined KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in SEO and paid advertising management.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and campaign performance tracking.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and strategic planning abilities.
• Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms is an advantage.
• Google Ads or Meta Ads certification is preferred.
