Role Description

As a Digital Marketing Expert, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to boost our YouTube channel’s visibility and optimize our website’s search engine rankings. You will work closely with our content and research teams to drive engagement, increase online traffic, and build a stronger digital community.

Key Responsibilities:

YouTube Channel Management:

-Optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags to enhance visibility and audience reach.

-Develop and implement strategies to increase subscribers, engagement, and views.

-Conduct competitive analysis and identify trends in educational content.

-Track and analyze YouTube analytics to refine and enhance content strategies.

-Engage with the audience via comments, community posts, and live sessions.

Website SEO Optimization:

-Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO for the company website.

-Optimize blog posts, articles, and web pages to improve search engine ranking.

-Implement technical SEO best practices, including site structure, internal linking, and load speed optimization.

-Regularly monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, and conversion rates.

Content Strategy & Marketing:

-Collaborate with the content team to plan and execute content marketing campaigns.

-Assist in crafting SEO-driven content that aligns with our educational mission and audience.

-Use social media to support content distribution and drive traffic to our YouTube and website.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

-Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and YouTube Studio to gather insights.

-Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve results.

-Make data-driven recommendations to refine strategies and maximize ROI.

Qualifications:
