The Role

Full-time position offering complete creative autonomy in a fast-paced startup environment where your ideas directly impact business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging platforms
• Create engaging static and motion graphics, reels, and video content using your preferred design tools
• Plan and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic
• Write compelling blog posts and web content optimized for search engines and user engagement
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page optimization techniques
• Design and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms
• Capture and edit video/photo content for client events and brand storytelling
• Monitor key performance metrics across all digital channels and prepare actionable reports
• Collaborate with internal teams on innovative marketing concepts and content strategies
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions

Required Skills

• 6 months to 2 years experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation
• Native-level proficiency in Tamil and strong English communication skills
• Strong proficiency in graphic design and video editing software of your choice
• Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Experience with SEO tools and content management systems
• Excellent writing skills for blogs, social media, and marketing copy
• Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and engagement best practices
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and analytical thinking abilities
• Willingness to travel for client events and video shoots
