We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven Cloud Operations Team Lead to lead our cloud operations and ensure seamless delivery across major providers such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and Snowflake. This role demands a strong balance of technical expertise, leadership, and operational excellence, driving performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across multiple client environments. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary escalation point for cloud service delivery across major providers including AWS, Azure, GCP, and Snowflake. Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations are consistently met. Lead service performance reviews, cost optimization, and compliance initiatives. Implement and oversee ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management. Maintain and enhance documentation, runbooks, and knowledge bases. Identify and execute automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with architects, QA, and DevOps teams to improve infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and system performance. Drive team performance, training, and career development through active mentoring and knowledge sharing. Provide regular performance, risk, and improvement updates to leadership. Key DevOps Skills: Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm preferred) CI/CD pipeline design and implementation Container orchestration and microservices architecture Production troubleshooting and performance optimization Incident management and response Experience: 5+ years in IT services, with at least 2 years in Cloud/Operations delivery management. Strong working knowledge of cloud services, and operations, specially AWS and Azure. Proven track record of managing small to large customer portfolios (50+ accounts). Experience managing large teams in operational setup. Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks (ITIL v3 or v4 certification preferred). Role Overview The Senior Automation Test Engineer will lead end-to-end automation efforts across web, mobile, API, and backend systems, with specific responsibilities covering applications built on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and Laravel . The role requires strong technical depth, hands-on automation expertise, and the ability to drive quality engineering practices across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks for MERN- and Laravel-based applications. Develop automated test scripts for React frontends , Node.js/Express backend services , and Laravel APIs . Create reusable test modules to validate UI behavior, API responses, authentication flows (JWT/OAuth), and database interactions (MongoDB/MySQL). Validate RESTful API endpoints for MERN/Laravel applications using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools. Implement and execute regression, integration, and end-to-end automation for full-stack scenarios. Ensure smooth integration of tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps). Collaborate with MERN and Laravel development teams to define testability requirements, debug issues, and improve code quality. Review backend logs, API schemas, controller logic, middleware, and database models to identify potential quality risks. Conduct performance and load testing for Node.js and Laravel services. Mentor the QA team on testing best practices and automation strategies specific to JavaScript and PHP ecosystems. Key Skills Strong proficiency in automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium . Advanced scripting/programming skills in: JavaScript/TypeScript (for MERN automation, Cypress/Playwright) PHP basics (to understand Laravel workflows) Python/Java (for broader automation and API testing) · Strong understanding of: React UI architecture , components, props/state, routing Node.js & Express.js API structures, middleware, controllers Laravel framework , MVC structure, routes, controllers, services, migrations Solid API testing experience (Postman/Newman, RestAssured, Supertest). Experience testing databases such as MongoDB and MySQL . Familiarity with mocking, stubbing, and test environments for JavaScript/PHP ecosystems. Hands-on experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure). Strong analytical skills for debugging API failures, dependency issues, and environment inconsistencies in MERN/Laravel systems. Experience 2-4 years of automation experience, including testing and automating MERN and Laravel applications. Proven experience building automation frameworks supporting modern JavaScript and PHP-based applications.
