Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, Bing, and Yahoo.
• Manage end-to-end campaign setup, targeting, bidding, and performance tracking.
• Develop and implement A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels.
• Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and similar platforms.
• Optimize customer acquisition funnels to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
• Allocate and manage budgets efficiently to ensure cost-effective results.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new advertising features.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Bing/Yahoo Advertising platforms.
• Solid understanding of marketing funnels, conversion optimization, and retargeting strategies.
• Proficient in A/B testing methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with metrics, KPIs, and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage advertising budgets and deliver ROI-positive results.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

Preferred:

• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
• Experience with tools like Hotjar, Optimizely, or VWO for user behavior and testing.
• Exposure to eCommerce, SaaS, or lead-gen campaigns.
