Role & responsibilities

Account Executive

Position:

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned digital marketing clients, maintain regular touchpoints, manage expectations, and address inquiries.
Campaign Coordination:
Oversee campaign setup and launch across performance channels (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic), liaising with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
Performance Tracking:
Build and maintain live dashboards and weekly/monthly reports; track KPIs (CTR, CVR, ROAS, spend) and surface insights.
Proposal & Pitch Support:
Assist in developing client proposals, RFP responses, and pitch decks, presenting campaign plans and results.
Budget & Timeline Management:
Monitor campaign budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
Market Research:
Stay uptodate on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital tools to inform client strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

Agency Background:
Minimum 2years at a digital or fullservice agency.
Digital Savvy:
Handson familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and common reporting tools.
Analytical Mindset:
Comfortable with numbersable to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend optimizations.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written skills; confident in client presentations and internal briefings.
Organization:
Strong project management skills, with an eye for detail and ability to juggle multiple accounts.
Team Player:
Collaborative attitude, able to work across creative, media, and strategy teams.
