Job Description

Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to generate quality leads.
Manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
Lead SEO efforts to improve organic visibility and traffic.
Oversee content creation for social media, website, blogs, and email marketing.
Coordinate with web developers to ensure the website is optimized and user-friendly.
Implement CRM strategies to nurture leads and support sales conversions.
Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize for better ROI.
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to refine digital strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of performance marketing tools, CRM systems, SEO, and content marketing.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Proficiency in computer applications and digital tools.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
