Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for ambitious and self-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team. The role involves identifying and handling properties from developers and owners for sale, purchase, and rental transactions . You will also be required to attend and convert leads from prospective clients and investors, and maintain a strong field presence across key Pune regions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate residential and commercial properties from developers and owners. Generate and follow up on leads for buying, selling, and renting. Attend to and engage with prospective clients and investors. Build and maintain relationships with builders, agents, and end-users. Regularly visit properties and project sites for client viewings and updates. Provide accurate information and guidance on pricing, market trends, and investment options. Candidate Profile: Minimum Graduate ; higher qualifications will be an added advantage. 3 years of relevant experience in real estate sales is desirable. Must have own two-wheeler or four-wheeler. Willingness to travel extensively across Pune for fieldwork. Fluent communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred. Good presentation and client engagement skills. Key Skills Required: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Sales and persuasion abilities. Analytical thinking and understanding of real estate trends. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools). Smart driving and confident in city navigation. Salary & Incentives: 3- 5 LPA (based on experience). Attractive performance-based incentives.
