Business Development Manager

We are seeking highly experienced and dynamic Business Development Managers with a minimum of 5 years of proven expertise in the real estate sector. The role will involve: Managing sales and rental transactions for residential and commercial properties. Building and leading Channel Partner networks. Overseeing project mandates and internal sales team coordination. Establishing partnerships with property owners and builders. Key Responsibilities: Generate, manage, and grow Channel Partner relationships. Negotiate favorable mandates with builders and property owners. Allocate responsibilities among internal sales teams to ensure timely execution of sales targets. Conduct market research and identify business opportunities. Ensure a strong presence in the Pune real estate market through continuous outreach. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum Graduate: higher education is an added advantage At least 5 years of experience in real estate sales and business development. Proven expertise in handling project mandates, negotiations, and team management. Familiarity with the Pune market, especially areas like PCMC, Baner, Aundh, Mamurdi. Fluent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred). Own vehicle is mandatory should be willing to travel across the city. Key Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
