About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage multi-platform advertising campaigns for some of the top BFSI clients in the industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube, with a strong understanding of performance metrics, optimization, and audience targeting.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on:
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
• Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
• YouTube Advertising
• Twitter/X Ads
• LinkedIn Advertising
• Other relevant platforms as required
• Manage end-to-end campaign setup, from audience research to creative coordination and final deployment.
• Monitor daily performance, analyze data, and ensure campaigns meet KPIs such as CPC, CPL, CTR, and ROAS.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal teams and clients.
• Work closely with creative, content, and strategy teams to improve campaign performance.
• Stay updated with platform changes, advertising trends, and new tools/features.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience running paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret data.
• Experience managing large budgets and performance-driven campaigns.
• Knowledge of BFSI industry marketing will be an added advantage.
• Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
