Experience Required: Minimum 2 years Industry: BFSI (Top Financial Brands) About the Role We are looking for a skilled and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage multi-platform advertising campaigns for some of the top BFSI clients in the industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube, with a strong understanding of performance metrics, optimization, and audience targeting. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on: Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) YouTube Advertising Twitter/X Ads LinkedIn Advertising Other relevant platforms as required Manage end-to-end campaign setup, from audience research to creative coordination and final deployment. Monitor daily performance, analyze data, and ensure campaigns meet KPIs such as CPC, CPL, CTR, and ROAS. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal teams and clients. Work closely with creative, content, and strategy teams to improve campaign performance. Stay updated with platform changes, advertising trends, and new tools/features. Requirements Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience running paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret data. Experience managing large budgets and performance-driven campaigns. Knowledge of BFSI industry marketing will be an added advantage. Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously.
