About the Studio :

We are a growing interior design and architecture studio with over a decade of hands-on experience across residential, commercial, and bespoke projects. Our work is rooted in thoughtful design, refined aesthetics, and high-quality execution.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow with a design-led brand and take ownership of its digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Manage and execute content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & Pinterest
• Create monthly content calendars (posts, reels, stories, carousels)
• Ensure consistent visual language and brand tone
• Coordinate with designers to capture site progress, completed projects & behind-the-scenes content
• Visit project sites when required to capture real-time content

2. Content Creation & Copywriting

• Write engaging captions, project descriptions, blogs & website content
• Convert technical design language into client-friendly storytelling
• Support creation of brochures, portfolios, pitch decks & presentations

3. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

• Assist in planning and managing Meta & Google Ads (basic to intermediate level)
• Focus on generating quality leads for residential & commercial projects
• Track performance and optimize campaigns with guidance

4. Brand Building & Strategy

• Support positioning the studio as a premium, design-led brand
• Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Research competitors and stay updated on interior, architecture & luxury lifestyle trends

5. Website & SEO (Basic Level)

• Coordinate updates for projects, blogs, services, and team pages
• Apply basic SEO practices for blogs and landing pages
• Liaise with developers or agencies when required

6. Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with designers, project managers, and founders
• Prepare monthly performance reports (reach, engagement, leads)
• Suggest content ideas based on analytics and platform trends

Mandatory Skills :

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing / social media
• Strong understanding of Instagram and visual-first platforms
• Good design sense and appreciation for aesthetics
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Basic working knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite & Google Analytics

Preferred Skills :

• Prior experience with interior design, architecture, real estate or luxury brands
• Basic understanding of photography, videography & reels
• Interest in branding, storytelling & luxury marketing
• Comfortable visiting sites to capture content
