About the Studio

We are a growing interior design and architecture studio with over a decade of hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and bespoke design projects. Our work focuses on thoughtful design, strong aesthetics, and high-quality execution. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who understands design sensibilities and can translate our work into strong digital narratives.


Key Responsibilities


1. Social Media Management

• Plan, manage, and execute content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & Pinterest

• Maintain a consistent visual and brand tone aligned with our design philosophy

• Create monthly content calendars (posts, reels, stories, carousels)

• Coordinate with designers to capture site progress, completed projects, and behind-the-scenes content


2. Content Creation & Copywriting

• Write engaging captions, project descriptions, blogs, and website content

• Translate technical design language into client-friendly storytelling

• Assist in creating brochures, portfolios, pitch decks, and presentations


3. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

• Plan and manage paid ads (Meta & Google – basic to intermediate level)

• Generate quality leads for residential & commercial interior projects

• Track campaign performance and optimize based on results


4. Brand Building & Strategy

• Help position the studio as a premium, design-led brand

• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms

• Research competitors and industry trends (interior, architecture, luxury lifestyle)


5. Website & SEO (Basic Level)

• Coordinate website updates (projects, blogs, team, services)

• Basic SEO understanding for blogs and landing pages

• Work with developers or agencies when required


6. Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with designers, project managers, and founders

• Prepare monthly performance reports (reach, engagement, leads)

• Suggest new content ideas based on analytics and trends



Skills & Requirements


Mandatory Skills

• Strong understanding of social media platforms (especially Instagram)

• Good visual sense and appreciation for design & aesthetics

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics


Preferred Skills

• Experience working with interior design / architecture / real estate brands

• Basic understanding of photography, videography & reels

• Knowledge of branding, storytelling & luxury marketing
