Job Summary:

Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and other digital channels.
• Drive organic traffic growth through effective SEO strategies and content optimization.
• Develop, schedule, and monitor engaging content for social media platforms.
• Coordinate with the creative and content teams to produce impactful digital campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance (ROI, KPIs, analytics).
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage website updates, landing pages, and user experience enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, content) to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Strong proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
• Experience in running lead-generation campaigns and performance marketing.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and present insights effectively.
• Knowledge of marketing automation and email marketing tools is an advantage.
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving and execution skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva/Photoshop) is a plus.
• Experience in e-commerce or retail marketing.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
