Profile Brief: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer to join our team in Udaipur. The ideal candidate will have experience working on high-end residential or boutique hospitality projects, and be confident in handling concept development, FF&E selection, and project execution. In this role, you will collaborate with our sales and retail teams to bring curated spaces to life — from client homes to our experience center. Your role will involve styling spaces, developing mood boards, and ensuring an exceptional visual presentation of our product offerings. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and develop innovative interior design solutions for high-end residential and boutique hospitality projects, ensuring alignment with client preferences and brand ethos. Collaborate on the end-to-end delivery of projects — from initial concept to on-site execution — while adhering to budgets, timelines, and quality standards. Curate FF&E schemes and create compelling mood boards, styling plans, and client presentations that communicate the design vision clearly and effectively. Assist the sales and retail teams in styling client spaces, offering design-led recommendations that integrate seamlessly with The House of Things’ product offerings. Ideate and execute interior styling for promotional activities, brand collaborations, photoshoots, and in-store events. Attend client meetings and conduct site visits to ensure accurate execution of the design intent. Contribute to developing custom interior concepts and styling strategies across multiple concurrent projects, bringing both creativity and technical acumen to the table. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from a reputed institution; a strong academic background and international exposure will be an added advantage. 5-8 years of proven experience in interior design, specifically in luxury residential or boutique hospitality projects. A well-rounded portfolio that demonstrates a refined design sensibility, attention to luxury detailing, and a strong sense of spatial styling. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other relevant software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
