Digital Marketing Executive

Your candidate should have working knowledge (not just theory) of the following: a) Meta (Facebook + Instagram) Ads Knows how to run lead form and traffic campaigns. Can create ad creatives (images + text). Knows how to target local audiences (by pin code, interests, etc.). Familiar with budget allocation and ad performance analysis. b) Google Ads Can run Search Ads (“plots for sale in Bangalore”), Display Ads, and YouTube Ads. Should understand keyword research and conversion tracking. c) WhatsApp & Automation Should know how to use WhatsApp Business API, broadcast lists, and auto replies. Basic knowledge of tools like WATI, Twilio, or Zoko is a plus. d) Landing Pages & CRM Should know how to create landing pages using tools like Google Sites, Wix, WordPress, or Zoho Sites. Should be able to connect forms → CRM or Google Sheets for lead management. e) SEO & Content Marketing (Optional but valuable) Knows how to optimize your project website or blog posts for Google ranking. Can create short blogs or project descriptions with keywords like “plots near Yelahanka” etc.  Creative & Communication Skills Skill What to Check Canva or Photoshop Should create attractive social media posts, flyers, and ad creatives. Video Editing Basic Reels or property video editing (CapCut, InShot, VN). Communication Clear writing and basic spoken English for ad text and follow-up messages.    Analytical & Reporting Skills Must know how to track results: cost per lead, conversion rate, etc. Should prepare weekly or monthly performance reports. Familiar with Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or Excel reports.   Personality & Work Traits Proactive and creative (comes with ideas, not just executes). Understands deadlines (real estate launches are time-sensitive). Willing to visit project sites to capture photos/videos.    Bonus Skills (Highly Useful but Not Mandatory) Basic Video Ads creation (for YouTube/Facebook). Experience with real estate portals (MagicBricks, 99acres). Email marketing tools like Mail chimp or Send in bulk
