Job Description

  • Conduct SEO research and analysis to enhance website visibility, including on-page and off-page SEO activities.

  • Write articles and contribute to blog content development for the company.

  • Create and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing (SEM).

  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), executing social media marketing campaigns.

  • Perform Social Media Optimization (SMO) activities and implement digital marketing strategies.

  • Manage E-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart, including:

    • Daily operations and product listing updates (descriptions, prices, and images).

    • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.

    • Monitoring inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

  • Create basic marketing content; coordinate with agencies for advanced content development.

  • Execute website optimization, SEM, database marketing, and email marketing.

  • Coordinate with the production team to align marketing strategies across sales channels.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies and campaigns.

  • Collect and analyze lead and sales data using key metrics (e.g., page visits, conversion rates, cost-per-click, lead quality). Provide performance reports.

  • Monitor and evaluate digital marketing performance, maintaining work reports and insights.

  • Requirements

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, SMO, and social media management.

    • Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, keyword research, and analytics tools.

    • Hands-on experience in executing social media and email marketing campaigns.

    • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and operations management.

    • Ability to create engaging content and work with external content agencies.

    • Proficiency in digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

    • Data-driven mindset with experience in lead generation and campaign performance analysis.

    • Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or any relevant digital marketing certification.

    • Experience in managing PPC campaigns and paid social media advertising.

    • Knowledge of CRM software and email automation tools.
