What You'll Be Doing:

📬 Newsletter Coordination

• Use AI tools to draft newsletter outlines and ideas based on industry trends and internal content
• Collaborate with internal experts for technical input
• Format and schedule newsletters using tools like GoHighLevel/Hubspot
• Track performance (open rates, CTRs) and share learnings

🎙️ Podcast Support (Weekly)

• Coordinate topics, guests, talking points, and scheduling
• Draft AI-assisted summaries, episode briefs, and titles
• Upload and optimize podcasts on LinkedIn and YouTube
• Work with the external video team for editing and visuals

📈 Lead Magnet & Content Asset Support

• Use existing materials + AI tools to help structure ebooks, resources, checklists (with our technical experts)
• Collaborate with campaign owners for rollout, automation, and tracking

🎨 Creative & Design Collaboration

• Coordinate with our third-party design/video team for:
• LinkedIn graphics
• Podcast visuals
• Newsletter visuals
• Lead magnet layouts
• Ensure all assets meet brand standards and are ready for deployment

💼 Social Media & Content Repurposing

• Use AI tools to help repurpose content from newsletters and podcasts into bite-sized social content
• Draft and schedule 2–3 LinkedIn posts per week (CEO profile or company page)
• Align posts with campaign goals and timely industry trends

🎯Who We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years

  of marketing assistant or marketing executive experience
• Understanding of basic marketing

  Metrics Tracking and monitoring

  system

• Stable job history

  — at least

  2 of last 3 roles are 2+ years (nice to have)

• Experience using AI

  tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or others for marketing tasks

• Familiarity with tools

  like HubSpot, etc. (GHL nice to have)

• Good English communication skills

  (written and verbal)
• Look for people from Kerala, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai

• Organized, tech-savvy

• Passionate about modern marketing

  and eager to learn and grow on inbound/content-driven strategies

• Comfortable working in US business Hours (Shift starting from 5 PM/6 PM IST )
