Role overview

Remote (India) | Contractual (Full Time) | US Business Working Hours

Compensation

13,000 - 15,000 INR/month

What You'll Be Doing:

• Outbound calling to confirm phone numbers and contact details

• Validate and update data with high accuracy

• Follow calling scripts and the defined process

• Daily calling + reporting

• Communicate professionally with US customers

Who We’re Looking For:

• Graduate (any discipline)

• 0–2 years of experience (outbound calling / telecalling / voice process preferred)

• Excellent English fluency

• Comfortable with outbound calling

• Own laptop/system + headset

• Stable Wi-Fi connection

• Ready for night shift (India)

Good to have

• Call center experience

• Sales / outbound calling experience

• US customer calling exposure

• ORUM experience/knowledge

• CRM/dialer tool familiarity

• Call volume as per daily targets

• High number-confirmation accuracy
