Job Description

Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals. This includes identifying the target audience, setting key performance indicators (KPIs), and planning campaigns. Manage the company's social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram) by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and tracking performance. Implement SEO strategies to increase website visibility and drive organic traffic. This involves conducting keyword research and optimizing website content, images, and metadata. Create and publish engaging digital content, including blog posts, videos, and infographics, to attract and inform potential customers. Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media to drive traffic and conversions. Email marketing: Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails. The role also includes building customer mailing lists and analyzing performance. Maintain and update the company's website content, ensuring it is optimized for user experience and conversion. Use web analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and create reports for management. This data helps optimize campaigns for a better return on investment (ROI). Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Technical skills: Proficiency in digital platforms: Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, and other related platforms. Analytics tools: Strong working knowledge of web analytics software like Google Analytics to measure performance and interpret data. CMS experience: Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Shopify. Basic design/editing: Some knowledge of graphic design tools or video editing can be beneficial for creating engaging content.  Soft skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating content, collaborating with teams, and reporting results. The ability to develop fresh and innovative ideas for marketing campaigns. A data-driven approach to analyzing campaign performance and optimizing strategies. Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines. The digital marketing landscape is constantly changing, so the ability to stay updated on new trends and technologies is crucial.
