Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities● Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram).● Plan & execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns & understanding of UI/UX.● Perform keyword research, ad optimization, and A/B testing to improve ROI.● Implement SEO strategies (on-page & off-page) to increase website ranking and organic traffic.● Manage ASO (App Store Optimization) for Android and iOS apps to enhance app visibility and downloads.● Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.● Measure & report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)● Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging creatives, posts, and ad copies.● Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.● Prepare regular performance reports and suggest strategies for improvement.● Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and tools.Required Skills & Qualifications● Proven experience (1–3 years) in Digital Marketing, especially Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO & ASO.● Strong understanding of Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and App Store / Play Store ranking factors.● Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, Keyword Planner, and SEO tools(Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).● Knowledge of content marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization.● Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
