About the Role

Digital Marketing Executive


Key Responsibilities:-


1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Conduct on-page and off-page SEO optimization.

Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink strategies.

Track and improve website rankings on Google and other search engines.

Ensure website content is SEO-friendly and optimised regularly.


2. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Paid Ads

Plan, create, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.

Monitor cost-per-click, impressions, conversions, and ROI.

Prepare monthly performance reports and improvement plans.


3. Website Management & Updates

WordPress, Editor X, Wix, Shopify

Add new pages, banners, blogs, product listings, and content updates.

Coordinate with design teams for website graphics or layout improvements.

Ensure high website performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness.


4. Social Media Marketing

Plan and execute content strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Track engagement metrics and grow organic reach.

Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creatives.


5. Content & Email Marketing

Assist in writing SEO-friendly content, blog posts, captions, and landing page content.

Create and schedule email campaigns, newsletters, and marketing automation flows.

Track email performance and improve open/click rates.


6. Analytics & Reporting

Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools for performance tracking.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports on traffic, leads, conversions, and campaign outcomes.

Recommend data-driven actions for continuous improvement.


7. Marketing Strategy & Coordination

Support product launches, online campaigns, and digital promotions.

Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align online strategy with business goals.

Suggest new digital trends, tools, and strategies to improve brand presence.


Required Skills & Qualifications

SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads

WordPress, Editor X, Wix, Shopify

Good understanding of website structure, hosting, plugins, integrations, and speed optimization.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and keyword tools.

Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and lead generation techniques.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns end-to-end.


Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing (added advantage).

Experience in B2B or electrical/industrial product marketing (preferred but not mandatory).

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
