🚀 Role Summary:

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on

    Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and YouTube

  • Monitor performance metrics daily and optimize to meet

    Cost Per Lead (CPL)

    and

    ROAS

    targets
  • Continuously refine targeting, keyword strategies, and creatives based on

    lead quality insights

  • Work with design/content teams to develop

    high-converting creatives and landing pages

  • Set up and manage

    retargeting/remarketing campaigns

    to re-engage warm leads
  • Integrate

    call tracking, WhatsApp click-to-chat

    , and CRM systems for complete attribution
  • Sync with sales teams to align on

    lead feedback, booking data

    , and campaign adjustments
  • Deliver

    weekly/monthly performance reports

    with actionable insights
  • Stay current on

    algorithm updates, platform changes

    , and real estate marketing trends

  • ✅ Requirements:

    • 1–4 years of hands-on experience in

      PPC and lead generation

      (Real Estate domain preferred)
    • Proficiency in

      Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager

      , and basic knowledge of

      GA4 & Tag Manager

    • Strong skills in

      audience segmentation, funnel strategies, and A/B testing

    • Familiarity with

      real estate CRMs, landing page builders

      , and portals like 99acres, MagicBricks (bonus)
    • Data-driven mindset with strong

      analytical and reporting skills

    • Excellent

      communication

      and

      team collaboration

      abilities
    • Own laptop is a must
