Mars Digital is looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about all things digital, understands current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices, and can execute effective digital campaigns across a variety of platforms . Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Monitor and optimize performance of PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing campaigns Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO Manage the company’s and clients’ social media presence and content calendar Analyze data and prepare reports on digital marketing KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers to ensure campaigns are engaging and consistent Stay up to date with latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and algorithm updates Contribute creative ideas for content, growth, and audience engagement Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house) Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and analytics tools Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and social media scheduling tools Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Preferred Qualifications Google Ads and/or Meta Ads certifications Graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) Experience with eCommerce or performance marketing is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Flexible working hours and remote options Opportunities for learning, certification, and career growth A creative, collaborative, and inclusive work environment Work with exciting clients across various industries
