Key Responsibilities
CDP Platform Execution
Assist in setting up and executing campaigns on CDP platforms.
Create and manage customer segments and cohorts.
Support personalization workflows and automated journeys.
Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign requirements and audience targeting.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
Digital Marketing Support
Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns across channels (email, SMS, push notifications, ads).
Coordinate with internal teams to gather creative and copy requirements.
Support optimization of campaigns based on performance.
Maintain basic tracking and performance metrics (CTR, conversions, engagement).
Data & Reporting
Generate regular performance reports on campaigns, segments, and customer behavior.
Maintain data hygiene and ensure accurate customer information in the CDP.
Highlight trends and insights that can improve engagement or conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, IT, or related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
Experience or familiarity with e-commerce operations.
Basic knowledge of CDP tools or willingness to learn.
Comfortable working with data, segmentation, and analytics.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of analytics tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
