About Us:
We are a dynamic and growing organization seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and other social media channels. The ideal candidate will be creative, data-driven, and passionate about digital growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Monitor ad performance, analyze metrics, and optimize campaigns for ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audience targeting, and ad placements.
• Create engaging ad copies, creatives, and social media content.
• Manage organic posting, engagement, and community growth on social channels.
• Collaborate with the design team for visuals and creatives.
• Track and report campaign performance to management.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and Meta Ads algorithm updates.

Technical Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager for campaign creation and optimization.
• Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and custom/lookalike audiences.
• Experience with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics).
• Basic understanding of SEO & content marketing.
• Familiarity with Canva or other creative tools is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and creative mindset.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
