We help brands across industries — from real estate and fashion to education and hospitality — grow their presence through strategic digital storytelling. We are now looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team and help expand our clients’ digital footprints. Role Summary The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. You will work closely with our design, content, and video teams to create data-backed strategies that drive engagement, traffic, and conversions. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve ROI and conversion rates. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis. Manage social media pages for clients — plan content calendars, schedule posts, and track engagement. Optimize websites and landing pages for SEO and SEM performance. Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop campaign creatives and ad copies. Prepare performance reports and present insights to clients and internal teams. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred). Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics tools. Knowledge of social media marketing, content strategy, and online branding. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Desirable Skills Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot (added advantage). Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools. Experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp or Sendinblue. Familiarity with performance marketing and lead generation campaigns.
