Role Description

Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, social media, email, and content platforms to promote trips, destinations, and special deals.


  • Own campaign strategy and execution focused on KPIs such as

    CPL, ROAS, lead quality, and conversion rate

    .


  • Manage the company’s website and ensure all content is up-to-date, optimised, and aligned with current promotions or seasonal campaigns.


  • Create and manage engaging content for blogs, landing pages, and social media that inspires traveler's and highlights unique travel experiences.


  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to optimize digital performance and increase conversion rates.


  • Run targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube to increase brand awareness and drive bookings.


  • Collaborate with travel consultants and tour managers to gather content and testimonials to use in promotional material.


  • Build and maintain email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and keep customers informed about new packages, tips, and offers.


  • Grow and engage with our LinkedIn audience through thought leadership, destination content, and client case studies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in

    digital marketing

    with a proven track record in D

    igital marketing and SEO

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ad Manager, and SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    sales funnels, CRM workflows and Digital Marketing Techinques

    .
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and results orientation.
  • Passion for travel and understanding of consumer behavior in the tourism.

Bonus Skills to Have:

  • Certification in

    Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, or HubSpot

    .
  • Experience in

    luxury travel

    marketing.
  • Familiarity with booking engines, travel CRM tools, or reservation platforms.
