Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The Digital Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, driving traffic to our websites, and generating leads for our business. Key Responsibilities - **Digital Strategy:** Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. - **Content Creation:** Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns. - **SEO/SEM:** Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to increase website visibility and drive traffic. - **Social Media Management:** Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. - **Email Marketing:** Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email sequences. - **Analytics and Reporting:** Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, and provide regular reports on key metrics. - **Lead Generation:** Develop strategies to generate leads and drive conversions through various digital channels. - **Brand Awareness:** Enhance brand awareness within the digital space and drive website traffic through various digital marketing initiatives. - **Stay Updated:** Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and incorporate them into our strategies. Skills: - Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. - Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software features. - Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, and email campaigns and SEO/SEM. - Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas). - Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends). - Skills in designing software (Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems (CMS). - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
