Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify, engage, and convert prospective clients from both local and international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, building client relationships, and contributing to the revenue growth of the company. Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, calls, etc.) Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across multiple industries and regions. Conduct market research to identify new sectors and potential clients. Develop and implement strategies to attract international clients through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, etc. Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos. Maintain CRM with accurate records of leads, prospects, and interactions. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and optimize lead generation campaigns. Follow up on leads and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (1–2 years preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus). Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and email automation tools. Understanding of digital services and the ability to explain them clearly to prospects. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
