Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute online marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate quality leads, and drive growth across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and well-versed in current digital marketing trends and tools. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Management • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). • Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging. • Monitor social media trends, insights, and competitor strategies. 2. Performance Marketing • Run paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms. • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lower cost per lead (CPL). • Track and analyse performance metrics regularly. 3. SEO & Website Management • Implement on-page and off-page SEO practices to improve organic ranking. • Coordinate with web developers/designers to update website content and landing pages. • Monitor website analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc. 4. Content Creation & Strategy • Develop engaging content for blogs, social media, emailers, and campaigns. • Collaborate with designers and agencies for visuals, videos, and creatives. • Maintain a strong brand voice across all communication. 5. Email Marketing & Automation • Create email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional mailers. • Work with CRM or marketing automation tools for targeted outreach. 6. Analytics & Reporting • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance. • Analyse KPIs and suggest improvements for digital strategies. 7. Branding & Digital Growth • Support in online reputation management (ORM). • Identify new digital opportunities, trends, and innovative marketing ideas.
