We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Online Sales Executive to manage and grow our digital sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, managing online customer interactions, and driving revenue through various e-commerce and social media platforms. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize sales across online platforms (website, marketplaces, social media, WhatsApp, etc.). Respond promptly to customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and close sales effectively. Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and promotions on all digital platforms. Build strong customer relationships by providing excellent pre- and post-sales support. Track sales performance, prepare daily/weekly reports, and meet assigned revenue targets. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for order processing, delivery tracking, and customer satisfaction. Identify new online sales opportunities and contribute to sales strategies. Handle online reviews, feedback, and customer queries with professionalism. Requirements Proven experience in online sales, customer service, or tele-sales (1–3 years preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good understanding of e-commerce platforms, social media selling, and B2B Online Portals like Indiamart. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, online dashboards, and digital communication tools. Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
