Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute online marketing strategies across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in SEO, social media marketing, performance ads, and lead generation techniques and be passionate about growing digital brands. Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, social media, and email platforms Manage social media accounts (content posting, engagement, and growth) Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) Optimize websites for SEO (on-page, off-page & technical basics) Monitor and analyze performance using analytics tools Generate leads and improve conversion rates Coordinate with designers and developers for marketing materials Maintain brand consistency across digital channels Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred) Hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO tools, and social media platforms Understanding of digital metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, Conversion Rate) Knowledge of content creation and ad copywriting Basic knowledge of website management (WordPress preferred) Email marketing tools knowledge is a plus Strong communication and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Tools & Platforms:Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console Facebook Business Manager SEO Tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, etc.) Email tools (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc.) Canva / Adobe tools for simple creatives Benefits:Competitive salary & performance bonuses Career growth opportunities Learning & certification support Flexible working hours Friendly work culture
