As a Marketing Associate, you will spearhead outlet/city/zone-specific marketing initiatives to boost footfall, enhance brand visibility, and support franchise growth. Your focus will be on hyper-local campaigns, social media excellence, and performance-driven strategies that align with the unique needs of each location. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute outlet/city/zone-specific marketing calendars, integrating festivals, cultural events, and seasonal trends. Identify high-impact visibility opportunities (e.g., local partnerships, community tie-ups) to drive footfall. Organize outlet-specific events (e.g., food festivals, chef-led tastings). Partner with local businesses (malls, colleges) for co-branded offers (e.g., student meal deals). Secure participation in city-level food expos, trade shows, and cultural fairs. Curate monthly content calendars featuring outlet highlights, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes stories. Manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Google Business) with geo-targeted content. Monitor and respond to Google reviews and social mentions daily, escalating critical feedback when necessary. Partner with micro-influencers for outlet-specific campaigns. Execute geo-targeted ads (Google Ads, Meta) to promote outlet-specific offers (e.g., discounts, events). Optimize SEO/SEM for local keywords (e.g., “best family restaurant Coimbatore”). Update website content and ensure alignment with outlet-specific promotions. Track monthly outlet performance metrics and provide actionable insights. Track campaign ROI, footfall trends, and customer demographics. Prepare monthly reports linking marketing activities to revenue and engagement metrics. Oversee the creation of promotional collateral (menus, vouchers, signage) aligned with local preferences. Host monthly check-ins with franchisees to review performance and share campaign insights. Train franchise partners on social media best practices and review management. Conduct quarterly audits of outlet branding, merchandise, and customer experience. Generate franchise leads through social media promotions and digital campaigns. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in multi-location marketing, preferably in F&B/hospitality. Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe). Strong analytical skills with experience in geo-targeted campaigns. Fluency in English and Hindi is a must; knowledge of a South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) is a strong advantage. Willingness to travel across South India. Why Join Us?
