Digital Marketing Associate

EPIA is a pioneering women’s health and fertility institute combining advanced science with compassionate care. We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a Digital Marketing Associate who is tech-savvy, data-driven, and skilled in managing websites, SEO, and digital advertising campaigns.

This role is not limited to “posting on social media” — it’s for someone who enjoys website management, SEO growth, and running performance ads across digital platforms.

• Manage and update the WordPress website (content, plugins, landing pages).
• Upload and optimize blogs, visuals, and web content.
• Ensure mobile-friendly, fast-loading pages with good UX.

• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, content).
• Manage off-page SEO including link-building and outreach.
• Track performance via Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs.
• Prepare monthly SEO and traffic growth reports.

• Plan and execute Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns for lead generation.
• Assist in running Google Ads campaigns (Search/Display/YouTube).
• Monitor budgets, optimize campaigns, and deliver ROI-driven results.

• Use automation tools for reporting and performance tracking.
• Experience with basic graphic design/video editing.
• Familiarity with whatsapp / email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Knowledge of AI tools for content/automation.

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or startup preferred).
• Hands-on with WordPress website management.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, SurferSEO, etc.).
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and basic Google Ads.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console.
• Comfortable using digital tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.
