Role Description

We are looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Associate with a strong creative mindset to manage social media content, design creatives, support basic SEO activities, and assist in executing digital campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on with Canva, understands social media trends, and has foundational SEO knowledge.

Experience Required

• 1–2+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing
• Any Graduate

Major Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms.
• Design engaging posts, carousels, creatives, and basic ad visuals using Canva (mandatory)
• Plan, schedule, and publish content as per the monthly content calendar
• Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, and platform features
• Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns, including content ideas and audience targeting
• Support basic SEO activities such as keyword research, SEO activities, and content structuring
• Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned captions and content copies
• Track basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and content performance
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital content

Skills Required

• 1–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
• Strong Canva designing skills (mandatory)
• Good understanding of social media platforms and content trends
• Basic knowledge of SEO fundamentals (keywords, SEO activities, analytics basics)
• Familiarity with social media insights and performance tracking
• Strong communication, creativity, and content creation skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Salary Range

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
