Job Description

Performance Marketing – Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan, set up, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Define KPIs and align campaigns with client goals.

2. Optimization & Monitoring

  • Monitor performance daily and optimize ads to improve ROI.
  • Conduct A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

3. Budget & Spend Management

  • Ensure efficient use of client budgets.
  • Track and report on ad spend across platforms.

4. Reporting & Analytics

  • Analyze results using tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager.
  • Share performance reports with insights and next steps.

5. Coordination & Communication

  • Work closely with content, design, and web teams.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and keep them updated.

6. Platform & Account Hygiene

  • Maintain clean ad accounts and resolve disapprovals or policy issues.
  • Stay updated with platform changes and trends
