• Using digital tools (such as Google AdWords & Facebook Business Manager) and programs to engage digital advertisements.
• Delivering outstanding marketing, advertising and promotions - end to end operational execution.
• Providing support to the team for client operation in a timely manner, gathering and analyzing information skillfully.
• Understanding team requirements, creating and executing solutions to achieve goals.
• Exercising quality control focuses on improving the quality of all execution tasks and demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness.
Requirements:
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
• Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Creativity and commercial awareness
Skills/Qualifications:
• Any graduate with at least 2 year of experience in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing.
• A strong hold on Web Analytics, A/B Testing, and metrics driven marketing
• Strong analytical ability
• Outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems
• Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
• Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment
• High levels of proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
