About The Nth Bit Labs:

We help businesses turn ideas into production-grade software — built with the right architecture, design principles, and engineering discipline from day one. Now, we’re expanding our digital footprint and looking for a hands-on Digital Marketer who can drive high-performing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.

Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns that generate leads, boost brand visibility, and support product launches.

You’ll work closely with our content and design teams to craft impactful campaigns, measure results, and continuously improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

 Plan and run performance-driven ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

 Optimize campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and ROI.

 Research target audiences, keywords, and ad placements.

 Create and manage ad copies, visuals, and landing page coordination.

 Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS).

 Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and daily performance optimization.

 Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

 Collaborate with designers and content creators to align creatives with messaging.

Required Skills & Experience:

 2–5 years of hands-on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns on:

o Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
o Facebook & Instagram Ads Managero LinkedIn Campaign Manager

 Strong understanding of performance metrics and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)

 Experience with A/B testing, retargeting, and funnel optimization.

 Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

 Excellent communication and reporting skills.

 Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads is a plus.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

 Basic understanding of SEO and email marketing.

 Familiarity with B2B lead generation campaigns.

 Experience in marketing SaaS or tech products.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
