Digital Marketing Ads Specialist

We are looking for a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a core focus on paid advertising to join our team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and optimizing ad campaigns to drive performance and growth across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop, execute, and manage digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) aimed at lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.

 Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance, including A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages.

 Analyze data and generate reports to track ad performance, ROI, and key metrics like CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.

 Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, images, and videos that resonate with the target audience.

 Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising.

 Manage budgets and allocate spending to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Skills and Qualifications:

 1+ years of hands-on experience in running and optimizing digital ad campaigns.

 Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising platforms.

 Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.

 Excellent knowledge of tracking and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and campaign dashboards.

 Strong verbal and written communication skills.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
