Digital Marketing Ads Specialist

Key Responsibilities:   •  Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, etc.)   •  Research audience, keywords, and competitors to create high-performing campaigns   •  Optimize campaigns for maximum conversions and lower CPA (Cost per Acquisition)   •  Prepare and present weekly performance reports and insights   •  Coordinate with creative/content teams to develop ad creatives and landing pages   •  Track conversions using Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Analytics   •  Manage ad budgets and bidding strategies effectively   •  Stay updated with the latest ad trends, policies, and platform updates ⸻ Requirements:   •  1–4 years of experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads management   •  Strong knowledge of campaign setup, targeting, and optimization   •  Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Analytics   •  Understanding of lead generation funnels and remarketing   •  Good communication & analytical skills   •  (Optional but Preferred): Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and WhatsApp Marketing ⸻ Perks:   •  Performance-based incentives   •  Opportunity to work with creative brands and growing startups   •  Freedom to test and innovate with new campaign ideas   •  Friendly, growth-oriented work environment
