Key Responsibilities:

• Paid Campaign Management:

• Plan, execute, and optimize

  Google Ads

  ,

  Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  , and

  LinkedIn Ads

  campaigns focused on IVF, IUI, and infertility services.
• Monitor daily performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and continuously improve campaign efficiency.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages.

• Reporting & Analytics:

• Create weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel for tracking and optimization.

• Compliance & Ethical Advertising:

• Ensure all ads follow

  Google’s Healthcare Policies

  ,

  Meta’s advertising guidelines

  , and

  local advertising regulations

  related to IVF and medical services.
• Work closely with internal compliance/legal teams to review campaigns before launch.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience

  in:
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• LinkedIn Ads
• Proven experience in

  healthcare or fertility marketing

  , preferably IVF or infertility treatment campaigns.
• Strong understanding of ad targeting strategies, especially around sensitive health-related content.
• Working knowledge of

  Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Pixel

  , and other performance marketing tools.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and analytical skills.
