Job Description

We are seeking a tech-savvy and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This is not just a standard marketing role; we are looking for a creative individual who understands the full marketing funnel, from SEO and AD creative to website conversion, and who actively uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance productivity. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing Shopify or WordPress websites, a deep understanding of Meta Ads, and a strong command of SEO principles to drive organic growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Paid Advertising (Meta Ads & More) Develop, launch, and meticulously optimize paid advertising campaigns primarily on Meta (Facebook & Instagram). Manage ad budgets effectively, focusing on maximizing ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and meeting KPI targets. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to ensure continuous improvement. Analyze campaign performance data, generate insightful reports, and provide actionable recommendations. 2. SEO & Website Management Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic search traffic and rankings for our Shopify / WordPress website. Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization (titles, metas, content), and technical SEO audits (site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability). Manage website content, including updating product listings, creating SEO-optimized landing pages, and writing blog posts. Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console, focusing on organic traffic, conversion rates, and user experience (UX). Troubleshoot basic website issues and liaise with developers for more complex fixes. 3. Creative & Productive AI Integration Proactively use AI tools to generate high-performing ad copy, product descriptions, and SEO-focused blog post ideas. Leverage AI-powered design tools to assist in the creation of ad creatives and social media graphics. Utilize AI for keyword research, competitor analysis, and identifying new content trends. Streamline marketing workflows and improve productivity by integrating AI-based automation. Qualifications & Skills Must-Haves: SEO Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience in developing and implementing successful SEO strategies (on-page,off-page, technical, and content). Website Experience: Proven experience managing Shopify and/or WordPress websites. Meta Ads: Demonstrable expertise in creating and scaling Meta Ads campaigns with a strong portfolio of results. AI Proficiency: A strong, practical understanding of how to use modern AI tools (like ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) for marketing tasks. Analytical Skills: Proficient in using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Ads Manager to make data-driven decisions. Self-Starter: Highly motivated and able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
