Job Description

Role Overview: As a Digital Global Sourcing Buyer at Sanofi, you will be responsible for implementing sourcing strategies and leading sourcing activities for the category of spend assigned at a global level. Your role will involve collaborating with internal business teams, conducting Global Request for Proposal (RFP), negotiating contracts renewals, managing relationships with key suppliers, and ensuring operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure implementation and operational follow-up of action plans derived from Category Management strategies - Provide support to the Global Lead Buyer for executing sourcing strategy - Deliver savings pipeline in line with targets - Lead global RFIs/RFPs and contract negotiations for the assigned domain/category - Report on status, savings, performance, and risks of sourcing activities - Stay informed on industry trends and new market developments - Undertake benchmarking and best practices analysis - Conduct robust Supplier Management with business reviews and performance management - Collaborate with procurement services for leveraging back-office services - Develop strong partnerships with key internal customers and present Procurement strategies for review and input Qualifications Required: - Experience in Procurement or related field - Strong sourcing professional skills with the ability to develop relationships and manage projects - Technical knowledge of the category/domain - Results-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills - Good understanding of finance and legal aspects - Flexible, receptive, resourceful, creative, and results-oriented - Proficient in Project Management, Negotiation, and Communication skills - Ability to quickly assimilate new information and adapt to new environments - Team player with excellent interpersonal sensitivity - Master's degree from an accredited College or University - Fluent in English About Sanofi: Sanofi is dedicated to pursuing progress and discovering extraordinary solutions in the field of science.
