Job Summary: Outlook is seeking a seasoned Digital Editor to lead and manage its digital content strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the digital presence of Outlook, aligning content with the magazine’s editorial standards, and driving web traffic through engaging, relevant, and timely content. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all digital content for Outlook India , ensuring accuracy, clarity, and editorial integrity. Lead the web desk team, guiding them in developing original story ideas and ensuring high-quality editing and rewriting of content. Collaborate with editorial staff to generate insightful, analytical pieces that provide deeper context to breaking news. Strategize and execute plans to increase digital reach, improve user engagement, and drive consistent web traffic growth. Align content from the print magazine with digital platforms to maintain consistency and brand voice across channels. Report to the editorial leadership team based at headquarters. Requirements: 7–8 years of editorial experience in a mainstream English-language newsroom (print or digital). Strong news judgment and the ability to identify stories with digital potential. Proven experience in managing editorial teams and workflows. Excellent editing, rewriting, and headline-writing skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple projects. Work Environment: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi.
