Job Summary: Outlook is hiring a dynamic and skilled social media professional to join our editorial team. We’re looking for a candidate with a strong background in journalism who also has a flair for visual storytelling and digital content creation. The ideal candidate will bring a sharp editorial eye, creative design instincts, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-evolving media landscape. Key Responsibilities: Write, edit, and proofread content for social media posts, carousels, and reels. Design visually appealing graphics using Canva . Edit short-form videos and reels using Adobe Premiere Pro . Stay on top of news trends and maintain a strong journalistic voice. Script and develop compelling narratives for video content. Anchor and provide voiceovers for engaging digital stories. Quickly adapt to new tools, formats, and editorial directions. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in journalism, content creation, or social media. Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Premiere Pro. Excellent time management and self-motivation. Comfort with on-camera presence and voiceover delivery is a plus. Work Environment: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi. The Social Media Executive will work closely with social media Team.
