Job Description

As a Digital Change & Communications Intern at Airbus in Bangalore, India, you will be part of the Governance department and Function Management team. Your role will involve working collaboratively with Digital domains to secure the Digital change request and communications pipeline for support. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding the business need and collaborating with internal customers to construct Change & Communication Scope - Identifying change audiences and Communication/Messaging services audiences to co-conduct impact analysis with leaders/teams and assess change readiness - Establishing and nurturing sponsor relationships at all levels of the organisation on change activities, across Digital - Supporting the delivery of related communication plans via the messaging team - Co-developing meaningful and consistent change management plans - anticipating, tailoring and continuously adapting change activities to meet the different change audience needs - Managing anticipation/expectations with key stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery - Supporting in content creation/development for the customers" request in the frame of mass communication - Encouraging and promoting behaviors that are aligned to the change, celebrating learnings & small-wins and capitalizing on lessons learned Success in this role will be measured in various areas such as Agile ways of working, Reactivity with Creative ideas, Achieving customer satisfaction, Capturing feedback from feedback loops, and ensuring Accurate & On-time delivery. You will have the opportunity to work on the Change Management Lifecycle, Agile ways of working, Stakeholder Management, Facilitation skills in remote and in-person settings, and enhance your Interpersonal and Communication skills, both written and verbal.
